For foreign guests: $1,500 US per calendar month, in one or various payments.
Requirements for such transactions to take place include providing a last name along with mother’s maiden name, nationality, date of birth, copy of passport, and copy of the tourist immigration form received upon entry into Mexico.
Each time a guest decides to make a cash payment, the hotel will verify that you have not exceeded the maximum amount, should this be the case, you will be advised of the alternate options of form of payment.
This applies to any payments on extras such as Spa Treatments, Excursions, Golf, as well, including Groups and Weddings.
The resort continues to receive payments from guests via credit card, (VISA & MASTER CARD), Mexican pesos, US travelers checks, Canadian dollars, Canadian dollar travelers checks, Pounds, and Euros without a limited amount..
Please be advised that the resort is unable to provide change in US currency, regardless of the form of payment provided.
Youths 18 years and under travelling on their own need to leave either a credit card which belong to themseves or a USD $100.00 cas deposit per person upon check in and deposit return will be provided in local currency at the daily exchange rate.

Marival Distinct Luxury Residences & World Spa is conducting soft renovations in the lobby and Brunello Lobby Bar, expected to conclude by December 20th, 2024. The Lemon Grass Restaurant will be opening as a bar from 9 am to 11 pm and for lunch services at regular time. During this time, the front desk for registration has been set up at Suite 118, and Concierge office at Suite 119. All other services are being provided, no noise and visual impacts are anticipated.
